Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days once payment has been received.
Please note that during busy periods, trade shows, or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Within Australia

We proudly ship Australia-wide from our local warehouse.
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers such as TNT, Toll, Mainfreight, FedEx, and Australia Post, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and carrier performance.


Freight & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order.
Large or palletised orders (e.g., Uncle systems) may sent to your nearest Depot for collection. Please ensure you are prepared with a trailer or truck for collection at the depot. 

If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering so we can confirm freight options.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
You can track your delivery using the link provided in the confirmation email.


Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier may charge a re-delivery fee.
Please ensure someone is present to receive large orders during business hours or provide authority to leave (ATL) where applicable.


Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number at hello@unclestorage.com.au.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

For lost shipments, please notify us as soon as possible — we’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.


International Shipping

At this time, Uncle Storage ships within Australia only.
For international inquiries, please contact our team directly to discuss potential freight options.
