Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Uncle Storage. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@unclestorage.com.au with the following:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos of the damage or fault
Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you have received the wrong item or an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be pre-approved by our team before sending any items back.
- Acceptable reasons for a return is at our discretion, and my not be accepted.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a fault or our error, Uncle Storage will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom or Pre-Order Items
Custom-made or pre-ordered products cannot be refunded unless faulty or not as described.
